Orvex is a lightweight and professional photo collage tool focused on personalized photo stitching creation. The core service of the application is to provide users with diverse built-in collage templates. Users can independently upload local photos, match exclusive template styles, and complete one-click photo collage and image stitching production. The product is designed for simple and efficient picture arrangement creation, helping users quickly synthesize personalized collage works.

Orvex strictly implements adult-only service specifications. All functional services of the application are only open to users who have reached the age of 18. We do not provide any product services for minors under 18 years old, and will not actively collect, store or process any personal information and content data of minors. If you fail to meet the age requirement, please stop using this application immediately.

3. Types of Data Processed by the Platform

Adhering to the core principle of data minimization and necessity, Orvex only processes limited data required to realize photo template collage functions, and never collects any irrelevant private information of users. The data processed by the platform is limited to the following two categories:

User Local Image Data: The local photos uploaded by users voluntarily are only used for matching application collage templates, realizing picture stitching, layout adjustment and collage work generation. All image processing behaviors are triggered independently by users, and the images are only used for the user’s personal private collage creation.

Basic Anonymous Device Data: To optimize application compatibility, fix running bugs and improve the fluency of template rendering and photo collage synthesis, the platform will anonymously collect basic device information including device model, system version and application running logs. Such data cannot locate individual user identities and will not be associated with users’ private photo content.

4. Data Usage & Processing Principles

All user data processed by Orvex is only used for the purpose of delivering stable and complete core collage services. We will not use user data for commercial promotion, targeted marketing, user behavior tracking and other non-service-related purposes. Specifically, data usage scenarios include realizing photo template matching, completing intelligent photo collage production, optimizing application operation stability, upgrading user creation experience, and responding to user service consultation and feedback via official email.

The platform promises that all photo collage processing procedures are completed in the user’s local device environment. We will not automatically upload, synchronize or back up users’ uploaded original photos and finished collage works to any remote cloud server, ensuring that user creation content is completely controlled by individuals.

5. Strict Privacy Protection Specifications

Orvex has built a complete closed-loop privacy protection system for user private data. Firstly, the application does not collect any facial recognition data, biometric information and sensitive private data of users during all photo collage processing. Secondly, the platform has no data sharing and data transmission behaviors to the outside world, and will never deliver, disclose, trade or lease user photos and creation data to any third-party institutions, enterprises and individuals.

You can independently choose to upload local photos for template collage creation, freely save, delete and sort finished collage works, and manually clean up application cache data at any time. You have the right to stop using the application at any time to terminate all data processing services of the platform. 7. Third-Party Service Explanation

Orvex does not access any third-party service components involving user data collection. The application is not embedded with third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical analysis plug-ins and other related modules. All core functions such as template loading, photo uploading and picture collage synthesis run independently in a local closed environment without any third-party intervention, fundamentally avoiding third-party privacy leakage risks.

8. Policy Update & Revision Rules

We reserve the right to adjust and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly based on product function iteration, service experience upgrade and updates of national laws and industry specifications. The latest revision time will be displayed at the top of the policy. Your continued use of the application after the policy update takes effect will be deemed as your recognition and acceptance of the new privacy terms.
